After years of research and real-world work with youth athlete development experts, sports clubs, athletes, parents, and coaches, WeYouth developed an industry leading approach called Mental Performance Connection Coaching (MPCC)—a science-informed model designed specifically for youth and young adult athletes.
Most mental performance programs rely on a single coach. We’ve found that youth athletes and performers develop faster and more effectively when expert instruction is paired with near-peer mentorship. Participants will be paired with a mental performance expert and a near peer to promote connection and growth.
Coaching sessions can happen in-person or virtually and start with six core 50 minute sessions. The mental performance expert and near peer mentor will share powerful tools and skills that will be determined by the needs of the athlete/performer.
Cost for a single session is $125 if purchased individually. Sessions reduce to $100 per session if all six sessions are purchased upfront.
