Kreg Edgmon | PhD LMFT, CEO

Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, Therapist, Connection Coach, Science Director

Kreg is a girl dad who loves to stay active and keep his girls active with him. He has had over 30 years of experience working with all different types of youth. He earned a masters degree in marriage and family therapy and a PhD in family and human development. He is a social scientist nerd, who loves to study the art of connection.

Maryn Edgmon | ms

Co-Founder, Connection Coach, Licensed Occupational Therapist, School Clinician

Maryn is a mom of four adventurous and amazing daughters and is married to the love of her life. She has a masters degree in occupational therapy and has always loved working with youth because of the potential for change and growth. Her love language is connecting with others and loves to watch youth connect with the people and the world around them.

brooke lopez | ms EDU

Executive Assistant, Coach, Curriculum Designer, Former School Teacher

Brooke has worked with youth as a teacher, tutor, and coach to help individuals and groups develop confidence and skills to create and achieve meaningful goals ranging from academics, to executive functioning, to life balance, to community improvement. She loves working with youth and seeing their willingness to learn, their personal growth, and their optimism for the future.

Danielle Allen | MFT-Intern

Intern Therapist

Dani’s therapeutic approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and narrative therapy; helping teens build awareness of their inner experiences and reshaping the stories they hold about themselves. She believes healing happens through connection—both with ones self and with others. She strives to create a safe, supportive space where youth feel seen, understood, and empowered.

Mike retired from 30 amazing years as a Jr. High teacher and has spent the last five years with WeYouth coaching and supporting young people in a variety of settings. He is deeply committed to helping youth and young adults connect, overcome obstacles, and achieve their goals.

Justin is a dynamic, engaged, and visionary leader with over two decades of experience in product and project management, media production, brand management, and teaching. He spent 10 years teaching youth and young adults and then transferred to the business world where he has led cross-functional teams to develop transformative content for youth, children, and adults in more than 50 languages.

Therapist, Connection Coach, Former Director of a Youth Residential Treatment Center

Troy coaches and supports youth and young adults through connection-focused life coaching, drawing on experience in mental health settings. His work centers on helping individuals build confidence, develop practical life skills, and set meaningful goals. Troy is drawn to working with youth and young adults because this stage of life is full of growth and possibility, and he is inspired by their creativity and resilience.

W. Jordan charles | ma ed

Instructional/Curriculum Designer, Technology Assistant

Jordan is the fun uncle to 19 nieces and nephews, and enjoys encouraging them to make healthy decisions with their lives. He has spent his career helping organizations and individuals reach their full potential through quality trainings. He is a tech enthusiast, and loves to use his "nerdy" skills in the pursuit of helping others. His biggest hope is to help create a kinder world, in hopes that today's youth can feel connected, loved, and included, and perpetuate that compassion to future generations.
