Our Life Organization expert coaches have put together the best of the best. This self-guided learning experience consists of 8 modules with 10 to 15 minutes of great content per module. Each module will cover specific techniques and skills that provide practical and effective support to manage time and life stress, reduce distractions, improve productivity, and achieve goals. After students complete select learning modules they will have a 10 minute check-in with one of our coaches to set goals and follow up on them. As an example, some of the topics we will cover include purpose, goals, procrastination, motivation, flow, tools, organization skills, connection, and support.
Life Organization Coaching provides practical and effective support to manage time and life stress, reduce distractions, improve productivity, and achieve goals. Participants will meet with a trained Life Organization expert for 8 sessions that last approximately 45 minutes a piece. Participants will learn how to effectively improve their lives by managing:
Digital Overload: Constant notifications and scrolling fragment focus and shorten attention spans.
Procrastination: Distractions lead to delayed tasks, causing rushed work and unnecessary stress.
Organizational Gaps: Challenges with time management make it difficult to prioritize or break down large goals into manageable steps.
Achievement Pressure: High expectations often lead to burnout and anxiety, hindering achievement and well-being.
Sleep Deprivation: Lack of rest impairs the memory and focus needed for high-level performance.
