Our mental performance expert coaches have put together the best of the best. This self-guided learning experience consists of 8 modules with 10 to 15 minutes of great content per module. Each module will cover specific techniques and skill to improve your performance. After each module you will have a 10 minute check-in with one of our coaches to set goals and follow up on them. As an example, we will cover our trademarked—Performance Diamond and holistic development. We will teach mental reset and effective breathing techniques to just to name a few skills you will learn.
