Connect with Your Kid Coaching empowers parents to build stronger bonds with their children, drawing from research-backed models of youth development that emphasize the roles of parents, peers, and surrounding systems. Rather than individual interventions which isolate the child, we recognize that involving parents has a greater impact. We aren’t going to tell you that you’re doing anything wrong, we just want to help you accomplish the positive goals with your kid that are sometimes so hard to find time for.

Sessions are for parents and are designed for flexibility, real-world application, and typically span three meetings every other week. You'll collaborate with a dedicated coach to identify a specific connection goal and uncover any obstacles that will need to be navigated. Each one-on-one session lasts up to 60 minutes, focusing on practical tools and encouragement. If deeper therapeutic needs emerge, we seamlessly transition to appropriate support, ensuring the process remains tailored and effective.

Cost for a single session is $125 if purchased individually. Sessions reduce to $100 per session if all three sessions are purchased upfront.

Most participants benefit from at least eight sessions. Each 50 minute, in-person or virtual session includes the participant and usually two coaches, one older with more experience and one younger near-peer to provide relatability and encouragement.
